- Was born in Bakri, Muar Johor. Graduated in Management from University Malaya, Post Graduate Diploma In Management (GDIM), Masters degree in Management (MBA) from University Of Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia, Fellow of OXFORD Center For Leadership (Professional Body) from United Kingdom, due to his contribution on the training development and his thesis titled CORPORATE TRAINING : TRANSFORMATION FROM KNOWLEDGE TO BUSINESS PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT, he was awarded DBA (Doctorate In Business Administration) by European American University (EAU). His 15 years corporate exposure at Permodalan Nasional Berhad, PNB Information technologies Sdn Bhd, Kayangan Cahaya Sdn Bhd and HeiTech Padu Berhad have made him more understand the critical success factors in building up strong team in the corporate environment.
